Residential Leasing Manager

Alex Grynberg is our residential Leasing Manager responsible for negotiating the letting of houses and apartments, preparation of leases, vetting of tenants, periodic inspections and marketing of properties for lease.

Alex comes from a construction and hospitality background working as both an electrician and a bartender. The hospitality industry allowed him to hone his customer service skills, he has quickly developed a following amongst our landlords and tenants who have appreciated his professional approach, caring and friendly attitude.

His strong work ethic, passion for property and people with his commitment to excellence in customer service have all marked him for success.

Both property owners and tenants have sought out his skills and knowledge of rental property, realising his balance approach to be a desirable characteristic.

In his spare time Alex enjoys playing rugby, exercising, listening to music and playing his guitar.
