Darrell Simpson is a sworn valuer and qualified land economist with approximately 40 years experience in valuing Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties throughout all suburbs of Melbourne and some country centres. In addition to freehold valuations he carries out numerous rental determinations under appointment from the Presidents of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria ("REIV") and the Australian Property Institute ("API").
Darrell was chairman of the Valuation Committee of the REIV for many years and a member of the Board of Examiners of the API. His clients include both Federal and State Governments, the major banks, well known institutions and public companies as well as numerous private individuals.
